Kaira Cade has been a costumed heroine for as long as she can remember, fighting evil under the masked alias of Glimmer Girl. For her and her brother Flashbolt saving the world and worrying about homework was a daily dilemma. Then an unfortunate run-in with a supervillain left the brother and sister duo stranded in each other's bodies.

During a mysterious cosmic event Flashbolt lost his life while still in the guise of Glimmer Girl. Now Kaira finds herself on a journey to rediscover herself and reclaiming her former identity, all while living her brothers life and struggling to fill the gap he left behind.
