Grace is the one who started all this (and pays for the server space...). She used to write cyberpunk, but after one fateful failed attempt at NaNoWriMo, she decided that all of her characters would be far happier in an urban fantasy setting. So far, this has worked out well, and she hasn't looked back since.
When not staring at a word processor, she's a customer service rep (however, if that falls through, she has some biotech qualifications she can fall back on :P).
She believes in the concept of "one true God" - she calls him Neil Gaiman, though many other deities also influence her work.
The Mirrorverse
Mirrorfall is the first published story in the mirrorverse, though there are plenty more to come. The main (ie - Agency-related) series will continue for the foreseeable future.
What became Mirrorfall started as a work that would be barely recognisable to readers now - the important elements - the Agency, the recruits, one strange little hacker and her angel - were all there, and they stood as guideposts as the world was torn down again and again during the process of worldbuilding. It chopped and changed through various cyberpunk incarnations with varying amounts of backstory, but was all changed doing the aforementioned NaNo.
Though, right up until the first chapter was posted, there was a chance that all of the characters were going to be standing in a completely different world.
Mirrorfall is complete at ~77k words and the print edition will be out later this year.
Aside from the main series, there are plans for: two novellas (which have Dorian in one of the main roles); a story that's currently a novella, but may become a novel, which has none of the "standard" cast in it, and was the second story written in the 'verse, a possible podcast/audio drama, and a novel that may not be serialised before release...
